This is small batch, hand-crafted, classic 100% Viognier. The wine offers aromas of fresh orchard and pit fruits and lemon pith, honeysuckle and dusty mineral notes. Subtle peach, melon and tangerine flavors show very good depth and texture. Organic.

Sainte Fleur comes from organically farmed Viognier in the Var region of Provence, where the vineyards sit at roughly 1,200 feet on cool, elevated clay-limestone soils.
