KISTLER CHARDONNAY SONOMA MOUNTAIN 2022

This bottling features fruit from Sonoma Mountain.  At 1800 ft, this is the original planting of Kistler Vineyards. On the western edge of the Mayacamas Mountains, these sturdy, old vines yield an evocative Chardonnay, dense in texture, yet delicate on the palate. 

The 2022 Sonoma Mountain Chardonnay offers pure, elevated aromatics, deep underpinnings and a distinct sense of weight without being heavy. It is marked by lofted aromas of ripe yellow and green stone fruits, nuanced tones suggestive of white flowers that are a clear personality of the site and a broad and compact yet well-structured presence on the palate.  (winemaker notes)
