This grower Champagne's bottling embodies the Lassalle's signature, bold-yet-finessed house style par excellence. The Lassalle's Cuvée Préférence is a subtle evocation of the senses, a constantly renewing enchantment of magical bubbles. 60% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir. Dried pear, apricots, lime, white peach and jasmine with a nervy finish. Notes of marzipan linger on the palate. Ample and round, yet energetic with good underlying acidity.
