HUBERT LIGNIER BOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR SYMBIOSE 2024

The name "Symbiose" reflects its origin from a blend of several distinct terroirs. Typically sourced from four plots in Meursault (Les Durots), Pommard (Charvet and Sorbin), and Vosne-Romanée (La Croix Blanche), the 2024 vintage was uniquely blended from a broader collection of the domaine's Bourgogne parcels due to tiny yields.

This wine features vibrant red cherry, tart berries, and floral notes alongside bright acidity, fine tannins, and a subtle mineral/earthy finish. The fruit is farmed organically, and the wine is aged for approximately 15 months in French oak barrels.
