This is a well-structured wine which emphasizes the raciness of Saint Aubin. The wine gives the impression of tiny, concentrated berries on the nose, with a gentle overlay of savory spices and herbs. The limited oak during elevage gives the wine a sense of restraint and brightness to the fruit. Delicious!
