GAROFOLI PIANCARDA ROSSO CONERO 2020

The Garofoli family makes beautiful wines that speak to the Marche region along the Adriatic Sea.  Piancarda is 100% Montepulciano from the family's older vines.  The wine is aged in large Slovenian casks before bottling. 

There is so much character and substance to this wine including dark cherry earth and notes of menthol.  The wine is round and bold but with soft tannins. Perfect pairing with pizza or pasta with meat sauce.

This is pure easy-drinking Italian goodness!
