From a tiny plot in Saint Aubin (high on the hill) between Puligny and Chassagne, this is small-batch, hand-made wine at its best. The fruit is hand-harvested and aged in a combination of new and used barrels. The wine unfolds with beautiful notes of white flowers and orange blossom. There is a purity to this wine that makes it shine along with a sense of precision, especially in the clean and mineral-laced finish.
