It's a more powerfully aromatic take on Failla's Chardonnay. The 2023 vintage has an evident marine influence in the salty edge of the wine, which wraps around ripe yellow apples, lemon balm, oil, fresh-cut herbs like mint, and hints of chamomile tea. There's depth here, but also a clean line of acidity that keeps it lively and precise."  Organic, Biodynamic farming.  Made as a natural wine.
