This cuvée is raised entirely in stainless steel tank. The Premier Cru Vaillons vineyard offers up an outstanding nose of apple, pear, and citrus within flinty mineral tones, oyster shells and a note of beeswax. On the palate the wine is bright, focused and full-bodied, with lovely depth of fruit at the core, a fine beam of acidity, excellent mineral drive and grip and a long, impeccably balanced and complex, vibrant finish.
