NEBOA ALBARINO RIAS BAIXAS 2023

This is a textbook example of a fresh, precise expression of Albariño.  A floral, blossomy nose with peach and apricot aromas which carry through on the palate with taut structure, complex fresh fruit, understated mid-palate weight, all on a strong backbone of mineral acidity.  A great alternative to Sauvignon Blanc.  A seriously undervalued wine in our opinion!  A great wine to pair with fish, especially shellfish. 

From the hillsides of Condado do Tea including an extraordinary plot with 75 year old vines on slate soils. This particular site lends an intense mineral streak through the wine.
