DELILLE CELLARS CHALEUR BLANC 2022

Great pricing on this rare, boutique "white Bordeaux" from famous DeLille Cellars in Washington state.  Sauvignon Blanc with Semillon to round it out and add some body and complexity.  Just a beautiful example of white Bordeaux.

Based on 69% Sauvignon Blanc and the rest Semillon, aging in 42% new oak, it has a terrific sense of minerality as well as bright pineapple and honeyed grapefruit aromatics, medium body, a focused, tight, racy mouthfeel, and a great finish."
