Castello dei Rampolla is a reference producer in Chianti. The winery has cultivated biodynamically since 1994, and is known for being a pioneer in practicing viticulture without chemicals and very little intervention. Its vineyards have a high planting density, which limits the production per plant due to the competition between them, thus producing a denser and more structured grape. Delicious!
