On the palate, the wine presents a lively mix of fresh red berries and citrus zest, underscored by a pronounced mineral undertone. The vibrant, racy acidity creates a refreshing and lingering finish.

This wine takes its name from the small chapel that is situated on the slopes of
the vineyard, dedicated to “Nostra Signora Della Neve.
