This blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre from the Fenouillet brothers offers beautiful richness of fruit but in an elegant and understated style.  Notes of dried herbs and earth are well integrated with the pure fruit flavors. Harvest and vinification is done parcel-by-parcel and the final blend is done after a long cuvaison designed to obtain the finest and most profound extracts. Certified organic.

A natural winemaking approach is followed with minimal intervention.  Natural yeasts are used fermentation is spontaneous and the wine is bottled unfiltered.
