Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is medium-bodied, very food friendly and its style easily wins over many wine fans. Pinot Noir is grown in cooler climates and is most notably associated with the Burgundy region in France. Other notable regions include the Willamette Valley in Oregon and the Carneros, Central Coast and Russian River AVAs of California. Pinot Noir is thin-skinned and notoriously difficult to cultivate and transform into wine, requiring the weather to cooperate and a more hands-on approach. Pinot Noir yields tend to be smaller compared to other varietals. While there’s an overwhelming number of Pinot Noir producers, our careful tasting and selection ensures that only proper bottlings of this wine are included in our selection.
