Savory raspberries and currants are balanced with a meaty, firm underpinning. The wine is both elegant and brooding, in possession of both good structure and substance. This is old-school and delicious! 

This multi-generational family domaine follows traditional vinification and elevage with grapes pressed utilizing an antique, manual wooden press, then the juice undergoes a short cold maceration. Fermentation is completed all indigenous yeasts in traditional vats. The wine is aged in neutral barrels for 18 months.  Natural wine.
