This house white from Hen of the Wood is a proprietary blend produced by Anne Amie Vineyard. A whole bunch of varietals make up this tasty, fresh and zesty custom blend. Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Viognier, Chardonnay, Muller-Thurgau and Gewurztraminer, this wine is both refreshing (with a slight touch of frizzante) and very food-friendly. Works great with harder to pair dishes such as Asian fare, spicy dishes, etc.  Certified Sustainable.
