This Barolo offers an old-school style based on following the same traditions for generations. Structured cherry fruit with wonderful purity is balanced with classic grainy tannins. The wine offers aromas of late-summer roses and flavors of dried cherries along with a long, mineral-inflected finish. After a fermentation of approximately three weeks, the wine is aged for at least two years in a combination of large and medium-sized barrels. Organic.
