KERMIT LYNCH COTES DU RHONE VILLAGES 2023

Juicy, fresh, savory and red fruited, lavender laced, along with a touch of that Rhone garrigue, a beautiful perfume - textbook old-school Southern Rhone!  This is harmonious, elegant, balanced and downright delicious! 

The blend is Grenache (56%), plus all of those savory notes from the Syrah (25%), Carignan-Mourvedre-Cinsault (19%), that add shades of lavender, pepper, Provençal herbs, and garrigue. Yum.

A natural wine making approach is followed with minimal intervention.  Native / natural yeasts are used and the wine is bottled unfiltered.
