Located in the Red Hills of Dundee, Le Pavillon has volcanic soils (Jory) planted back in 1972-74 and represents the oldest vines of the estate. The wine is impeccably balanced with layered bright Pinot fruit wrapped in black tea and Asian spice notes. This is textbook Willamette Valley Pinot and in our opinion one of the best of the 2021's.
