GEORGES LIGNIER BOURGOGNE PASSETOUTGRAIN 2023

A unique and somewhat rare wine made in Burgundy that is considered a table wine, yet like so many wines from Burgundy, it is made in limited amounts.

This is a traditional blend of 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Gamay, with the two cépages harvested and vinified separately before assemblage. Elevage is in steel tank and the fruit is sourced from three parcels in Morey-Saint-Denis. The style of this wine is bright and fresh, with an "easy-to-drink" personality, which is generally what one should expected from Passetoutgrain.  Made as a natural wine.
