This boutique Rosé from the coastal village of Cassis on the Mediterranean Sea is Grenache-dominated, with smaller percentages of Mourvedre and Cinsault. The wine is dry, taut, fresh and slightly saline. The winery makes only a small quantity of this, making this extremely hard to find, but its deliciousness makes it highly sought after. Get yours before it's gone. Certified organic (ECOCERT). Practicing Biodynamic farming.
