Made by a co-op of local growers in Monferrato, in the Piedmont region. This is a blend of 80% Cortese (the grape in Gavi) along with a touch of unoaked Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented in Stainless Steel. The wine offers texture and pronounced minerality along with great acidity and freshness -- think stone fruits. This is serious, yet easy-drinking and dangerously gulpable in a Liter format.
