The Bouzeron appellation is in the southern area of Burgundy known as the Côte Chalonnaise. 100% Aligoté with some richness due to partial aging in French oak barrels.  The wine also has great zip and freshness to it as well with a nice streak of acidity to create perfect balance. This is an appellation on the rise and proof that there are still values to be found in Burgundy!
