An unoaked and unmanipulated Chardonnay that has wonderful purity of fruit. This is made from the organic Rancho Vinedo Vineyard, and fermented with native yeast in old neutral oak barrels. With minimal sufur at bottling this is a natural Chardonnay and it is delicious!

The nose offers bright lemon and nectarine The palate is light with zippy acidity and a flavor that is similar to Chablis: citrus, nectarine and a slight mineral note on the finish.
