ELEFANT FAMILY VINEYARDS Q4 CABERNET FRANC 2018

The best Cabernet Franc we have ever tasted.  Limited production from Mendoza.  The fruit is hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak for 14 months. This wine has a seductive nose with intense dark berry aromas.  The mouthfeel is soft, round and smooth with layers of dark berries and subtle spice notes enveloped in silky tannins.  The wine's structure suggests very good aging potential. A perfect marriage of elegance and power.
