This is small batch, artisan-made wine from Saint Romain by the Buisson family.

From a lieu-dit that is highly regarded for its Chardonnay. The soil is a classic mix of clay and limestone offering that profound mineral punch. The grapes are harvested by hand and then pressed and racked into used barrels for fermentation and elevage. Classically styled white Burgundy from a village that is very underrated in our opinion.

Certified organic and biodynamic.
