Forey’s Morey-Saint-Denis consists of two tiny holdings of vines between 30 and 50 years of age (one in Clos Solon and one in Les Crais.). The wine is fermented with 50% whole clusters and aged in (20%) 500-liter barrels. This cuvée displays impressive density and power with sappy fruit and a spice element on the finish. Practicing organic farming. No added SO2. Made as a natural wine.
