This custom cuvee Cotes du Rhone is delicious and ready to drink early and often.  The blend features Grenache along with small amounts of Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvedre that all epitomize the region’s complex terroirs. Kermit works closely with winemaker Jean-François Pasturel to develop the blend. 

A natural winemaking approach is followed with minimal intervention.  Natural yeasts are used, fermentation is spontaneous and the wine is bottled without filtration.
