This wine puts old-fashioned winemaking on center stage.  Dora Forsoni has been working the lands for her wines since 1968.  The vineyards are organically farmed, harvest is done by hand and fermentation is done with native yeasts. The wine is aged in botti for two years before release. 

The result is a wine with soft fruit that is earthy, robust and expressive with a striking purity which demonstrates a deep connection to the land.   The wine is made from mostly Prugnole Gentile, which is a variant of Sangiovese in and around Montepulciano.  Organic.  Made as a natural wine.
