BIG TABLE FARM PINOT NOIR YAMHILL CARLTON 2021

This is small, handcrafted wine making at its best. This special bottling from the Yamhill - Carlton District (only 233 cases made) has beautiful aromatics of tea spices wrapped around a dense core of dried bramble berries, black cherry cola and pomegranate. As it opens up hints of spiced wildflower honey arise, complementing the dark, concentrated berry notes.  The freshness keeps the fruit in check and the tannins keep the gentle momentum into a long finish. Organic.  Made as a natural wine.
