From arguably the finest vineyard for Cabernet Sauvignon in Washington State, this Champoux bottling showcases the impeccable balance, finesse and power of the fruit when placed in the hands of the Andrew Will winemaking team. 

This wine captivates with aromas of red current followed along with layers of mulberry and plum with hints of tobacco leaf and cedar.  This wine packages the power of Cabernet Sauvignon with refinement and an understated elegance -- like a racehorse that is not yet at full speed.  Aged two full years in French oak barrels (25% new).
