Rufina is the northernmost district in Chianti and that is where this beauty hails from. Dark cherries, worn leather and a hint of menthol are displayed in a fresh and juicy way with great minerality and just the right amount of structure. A great wine to serve with a range of foods. We paired this with sausage ravioli in fresh tomato sauce and it was magical.
