This unique Umbrian white offers notes of crushed flower petals, fresh melon, white cherries and freshly cut herbs in a round, textured style and vibrant finish.
Made from Grechetto, Malvasia , Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Garganega, from the “Pagliaro” vineyard, a site with alternating layers of gravel and clay at 1300 feet. After crush, the juice spends two weeks macerating on its lees; sulfur is never added. Fermentation occurs in small stainless steel vats at low temperatures. The wine is left on the fine lees in stainless steel for one year before being bottled. Delicious!
