The palate is grainy and fresh, with a kaleidoscope of spices and a very long finish. It's incredibly appealing now but will benefit from a long decant."

A natural winemaking approach is followed with minimal intervention.  Vineyards are dry farmed, native yeasts are used and fermentation is spontaneous.  The wine is estate bottled and unfiltered.
