JEAN-MARC PILLOT CHASSAGNE-MONTRACHET LES MASURES 2019

Les Masures is a lieu-dit located directly beneath 1er Cru Les Champs Gains. This is a classically rendered Chassagne-Montrachet with notes of white pepper, grapefruit zest packaged in a linear palate of solid length.  This wine demonstrates the deft balance of richness and finesse that characterizes Jean-Marc's wine-making style.

A natural winemaking approach is followed with minimal intervention.  Native / natural yeasts are used and fermentation is spontaneous.  The wine is unfiltered and estate bottled.  Practicing organic farming.
