HUGUES PICPOUL DE PINET 2022

A fantastic summer wine, this engaging wine is refreshing and all about sipping, entertaining or casual dining.  Made from native white Picpoul grapes grown on hillsides overlooking the Mediterranean in the Coteaux du Languedoc in France.

This wine offers aromas of honeysuckle and pear with lime zest and tropical nuances. On the palate, a tart acidity mingles with crisp green apple, lemon, a hint of white peach and a pleasant minerality on the finish.  Serve well chilled to spark the delicious freshness. Enjoy with oysters, seafood and other shellfish. The wine pairs especially well with goat cheese.
