En Jorcul is a well-situated lieu-dit which abuts the appellation of Saint-Aubin on its western edge, just past Le Ban, and the Prudhons own 0.8 hectares of vines there. The wine is fermented and aged in barrel, but no new oak is employed, thereby allowing its freshness and minerality to take center stage.
