100% Aligote —from 81-year-old vines in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet. This is a deep and textural wine — a real-deal ‘white Burgundy’ at an incredibly affordable price.

This wine offers compelling aromas of yellow apple, pear, white flowers, wet stones, and a hint of cream. Medium-bodied on the palate and mixing bright fruit with a stony component, it is expressive and textured, while also lively and refreshing from a nice depth of minerality.
