Forey’s Morey-Saint-Denis consists of two tiny holdings of vines between 30 and 50 years of age (one in Clos Solon and one in Les Crais.). The wine is fermented with 70% whole clusters and aged in demi-muids. This cuvée displays impressive density on its relatively lithe and energetic frame.
