AMEZTOI RUBENTIS TXAKOLINA ROSE' 2021

This unique and super yummy rosé is from Getariako Txakolina, which is right on the north coast of Spain at the Bay of Biscay (Basque Country).  Very close to St. Sebastian, the vineyards are greatly influenced by their close proximity to the Atlantic.  The wine is a blend of Hondarribi Beltza and Hondarribi Zuri, which are two indigenous varietals.  The wine is fermented in tank and bottled with some residual carbonic acid that gives the wine a slight natural spritz.  It is this feature that gives the wine incredible vibrancy and makes it so refreshing.  There is a slight taste of strawberries and red candied fruit in this dry rosé from the Basque Region.  This is everything we love about rosé!
