This is the crown jewel Grand Cru wine in Forey's cellar. The 2018 vintage is massively scaled, dense and bold in stature. Still, there is a real sense of refinement in the balance and elegance in it's style. Forey works a third of a hectare of 45 year old vines and utilizes 60% whole cluster in the fermentation. This majestic wine will age gracefully for decades.

Practicing organic farming. No SO2 added. Natural wine.
